Who is Ryan Fresh?

DJ Ryan Fresh is a Seattle-based disc jockey for hire, specializing in OPEN FORMAT, with an emphasis on pop music and hip-hop.

Believing that there’s more to DJing than gatekeeping music that people find on Stereogum or Vinyl Me Please, Ryan is a multi-hyphenate creator with knowledge that runs the gamut from rare grooves to pop faves in order to set the right vibes.

Prior to club DJing, Ryan competed in DJ contests including the ITF (International Turntablist Federation), Guitar Center Spin-Off, and Tech Styles, as well as the Laurel Wood Elementary Sixth Grade Spelling Bee Champion.

When he’s not DJing or a branding marketer in the advertising sector, Ryan works on his expansive YouTube channel which includes gear reviews and AUTO REVERSE, a show about influential mixtapes. Recently, he launched the quarterly photo zine WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE?!?
